How do I know which Floyd Rose bridge will fit my guitar?
Compatibility depends on your guitar's current routing and nut width. Our 'Original' series follows standard dimensions, while the 'Special' and '1000 Series' are designed as direct retrofits for many production models. We recommend checking our routing templates before purchase.
What is the difference between the Original and the Special series?
The Original Floyd Rose is manufactured in Germany using hardened steel and premium plating. The Special series utilizes zinc alloy saddles and a zinc alloy sustain block to provide the same patented design at a more accessible price point.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our tremolo systems and replacement parts worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
What is your return policy for installed parts?
We accept returns within 30 days for items in original, unused condition. Please note that once a tremolo system has been installed or modified, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All authentic Floyd Rose products come with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper installation.
Can I purchase individual replacement parts?
