We are committed to ensuring your guitar performance remains legendary through high-quality precision engineering and support.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Hardware

  Securely pack the bridge, nut, or parts in the original Floyd Rose branded packaging, ensuring all screws and springs are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of your package and ship it to our authorized quality control facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the components, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
